Living Property Designs is a development architecture practice. We work with design-build partners, landowners, and civic clients who need a project to become decidable — through feasibility, technical design, and documentation that construction can actually use.

How We Work

Twenty-five years across commercial, municipal, industrial, hospitality, and residential work. BIM, GIS, and site modeling are standard practice. The first job is to make the project decidable.

BIM and site modeling as the working conversation — not a software badge, not a sales animation.

A set construction can bid and build from. If the drawings are fog, the job is already over.
