Scott Mann is the founder and managing architect of Living Property Designs, a full-service architecture firm based in Prescott Valley, Arizona. With more than 25 years of experience spanning residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and hospitality projects, Scott brings a rare combination of creative vision, technical mastery, and real-world project leadership.
A graduate of California Polytechnic State University (BArch) with additional studies in Urban Design at the Washington Alexandria Architecture Consortium, Scott has led projects across the United States, the Middle East, and South Asia. His background includes roles as Project Architect, Project Manager, Planning Commissioner, and Vectorworks Trainer — giving him deep expertise in design, documentation, permitting, and construction coordination.
Scott is driven towards making high-quality architecture accessible. He founded Living Property Designs to serve Arizona clients with clear, buildable designs — whether through the Horizon Line owner-build program or full-service architecture and master planning.
Jeremy Hassen
Senior Project Manager & Architectural Designer
A native lifelong Arizonan and respected architectural designer based in Prescott, Arizona. Born and raised in the Grand Canyon State, Jeremy grew up as the son of an architect, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of the building trades from an early age. This formative environment sparked a deep and enduring passion for architecture and design that has guided his career for nearly three decades.
With 27 years of professional experience, Jeremy has built a strong reputation for excellence in the field. He has served as a Project Manager and Designer for a thriving high-end architecture firm in Prescott, where he has contributed to numerous distinctive residential and commercial projects throughout Arizona. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach, Jeremy blends creative vision with practical construction knowledge to deliver thoughtful, enduring designs that enhance both function and beauty.
When he’s not designing, Jeremy enjoys life in the beautiful mountain community of Prescott with his wife, Michelle, and their two children, Brenna and Wyatt. A true family man and dedicated Arizonan, he remains deeply connected to the landscapes, culture, and communities that have shaped his life and work.
