Development Architecture

For clients who want us to handle everything:

Programming: We gather information, analyze requirements, and develop a clear project program.
Schematic Design: We explore conceptual design options and present initial ideas. This phase focuses on overall form, layout, and relationship to the site. You’ll provide feedback to help shape the direction.
Design Development: We refine the selected concept in greater detail, including materials, systems, and spatial relationships. This phase bridges creative vision with technical reality.
Construction Documents: We produce detailed drawings and specifications suitable for permitting and construction. These documents communicate the design clearly to contractors and regulatory agencies.
Bidding & Permitting: We assist with the permitting process and help you obtain competitive bids from qualified contractors. We evaluate proposals and support contractor selection.
Construction Administration: iWe remain involved throughout construction to review shop drawings, answer questions, conduct site visits, and help ensure the project is built according to the design intent.
